Healthy and Tasty

Something that I've been doing for almost two years now is juicing. Initially for my health of course, and then it became something that my body craved and loved. I've blogged about it before and shared a few recipes, now I'm telling you that it's one of the best things I've ever done. I feel great, my skin looks good, and my body thanks me. I use the Bella blender, which was a Christmas gift from family. I tell anyone I know about it, and have gotten others to try juicing as well. Love having juicing buddies to share recipies with. Recipe for juice above:

Handfull of mixed greens (spinach, kale, green lettuce) 
Handfull Parsley 
1 small apple (your choice of kind of apple)
1/2 a lemon (squeezed)
1/2 of one orange
Cup of water or coconut water
